Anticafé

Let’s start with Anticafé. If this name sounds familiar, it’s because we mentioned it in our article about our favorite coworking spaces in Paris, and we couldn’t skip the one in Strasbourg.

Located right in the heart of Strasbourg, just a stone’s throw away from the Petite France district and, therefore, the city center, this café-coworking space is one of the coziest and most productive spots in the European capital. Here, freelancers, students, and even employees like you come to work in a different setting. Spacious and well-lit, both colorful and neutral, this space spans nearly 200 m².

At Anticafé, you only pay for the time you spend. Hot drinks, printing, whiteboards, high-speed Wi-Fi, and more – everything is included in the hourly rate. One hour will cost you €6, and a full day in the coworking space is €26. There’s also a monthly offer available for €260.

Here, there are no private offices or meeting rooms. Anticafé Strasbourg offers its customers a large space with all the comfort you need to work, network, and relax. It’s the perfect place to meet new people to chat and collaborate with. Colorful tables and chairs, comfortable benches, and sofas – everything has been designed to get you out of your home while maintaining unbeatable comfort.

Pros: A collaborative environment conducive to networking and collaboration.

Cons: If you’re looking for isolation in a private office, this isn’t the place for you.

Le Grub

Head to the eastern part of Strasbourg to discover our second favorite coworking space. Located in the spot of a former and very large Strasbourg brewery, in Parc Gruber, this gem is very different from the other spaces we’ve presented.

Warm and well-equipped, it has already won over the chickens that live freely here (not inside, we assure you). Whether you’re a student, employee, or independent in the audiovisual field, you’ll be captivated by this place. It features a large open area where each desk has its own locker, storage unit, post-it notes, and lightning-fast internet connection. No need to worry about someone taking your equipment 😉. Soundproof bubbles are available for discreet phone calls, as well as meeting and training rooms.

But what makes this place unique is its equipment. It includes fantastic audiovisual studios. Here, you can try your hand at shooting videos, interviews, and even shows, thanks to the equipment at your disposal and the stunning green screen to unleash your creativity. That’s not all: you can also record your podcasts here!

As for the prices, half a day in the open space will cost you €15 excluding tax, a full day €25 excluding tax, and €85 for a week. If you liked the atmosphere and space and want to stay longer, it will cost you €250 for a month. Meeting rooms are also available for booking, at an additional cost. It will cost between €22 excluding tax for an hour and €290 excluding tax for a full day, depending on the capacity of the chosen room.

Of course, the radio studios/green screen/photo studios are also available for a fee, ranging from €30 per hour for radio to €390 excluding tax for a full day of studio rental with the stunning green screen.

Pros: A perfect place to awaken and bring your creativity and projects to life.

Cons: High prices, but in line with the services offered. We wonder if this is an area for improvement 😅.
