💰 A controlled budget
At Colivys, we know that rental charges added to your rent often generate stress. We never know how much we will need to add to the monthly rent.
That’s why we’re committed to making your life easier by including the charges in your rent. That way, you don’t have to worry about the cost of internet, gas, electricity, water, and even your home insurance. Everything is included! (But don’t forget about the environment, don’t run the water unnecessarily).
Simplicity is key
At Colivys, we want to promote access to renting/collecting/subletting for everyone. Whether you are a student, a trainee, a student on work experience, recently entered the job market or employed for 10 years, our bedrooms are available for rent without having to justify 3 times the rent. We only need the following documents:
- Tenant’s identity card or passport
- Last 3 payslips (if you are an employee)
- Employment contract (if you are an employee, trainee, or student)
- Last tax assessment
- School certificate (if you are a student)
Time flexibility
To facilitate the arrival and departure of all our colivers, we are provinding you with an offer adapted to your life. You wish to leave your coliving flat? The applicable notice period is one month (compared to 3 months for a classic furnished rental). You want to switch flat? Our customer service will be happy to find you a new room as soon as possible. You have booked a flat, but you need to cancel your reservation? Contact us, and we will take care of it for you.
