All the reasons previously mentioned pushed Colivys to finally set up in Lille. Three comfortable apartments with fourteen bedrooms were opened at the beginning of 2023.

Our three apartments in Lille are located in the Bois-Habité district, probably the most modern district of the city. The advantage of this neighborhood is its richness. Bus and metro lines are less than 5 minutes walk from the residence to allow you to come and go in the Lille agglomeration in no time at all. It also has several restaurants and supermarkets at its feet. A bargain when you do not want to cross the whole city in search of a maroilles (one of the best cheeses ever, and one of the north-of-France’s most important symbols). Our apartments are located less than 10 minutes away from Lille Flandres and Lille Europe train stations, where there is an enormous shopping center: Euralille. If you work in the administration, you will only have to walk down the boulevard to get to the Conseil Général des Hauts-de-France.

Yes, you are sharing an apartment in the city center with several other roommates, but you are having your own private area. But the independence does not stop there. It is also in the rental contract. Say goodbye to the collective lease that you can find in shared apartments, and hello to the individual lease!
