We want to avoid additional stress when you move into your new home. That’s why Colivys includes the rental charges in your rent. Water, electricity, gas, internet and home insurance. You will not have to pay anything more than the advertised price.
Simplicity is key
Student, intern, work-study student or employee, Colivys makes it easy for you to find an accommodation. Whatever your profile, you will always be welcome in our coliving flats. You will not have to justify 3 times the rent. In order to create your file, we only need the following documents:
- Tenant’s identity card or passport
- Last 3 payslips (if you are an employee)
- Employment contract (if you are an employee, trainee, or student)
- Last tax assessment
- School certificate (if you are a student)
- A copy of their identity card
- Proof of employment status
- The last 3 payslips
- The last tax notice
Time flexibility
Our lives and those of our clients are likely able to change over time. Nothing is set in stone and that is why at Colivys we want to adapt to you. If you wish to leave your flat, do not panic, the notice period is one month (compared to 3 months for a classic furnished rental). Do you want to change your flat? Contact our customer service team, who will find you a new bedroom as soon as possible. You have booked a bedroom, but you need to cancel it? Contact us and we’ll take care of it.
Well-kept flats
We want you, the colivers, to feel at home when you enter your chosen coliving flat. This is why we have chosen to keep the decoration as simple and uncluttered as possible. Our coliving flats are also all rented equipped and furnished. You will find a mattress, a bed base, a cooker, a fridge, a washing machine, a table, a desk, and accessories, etc. All you have to do is put down your suitcases, bring your personal belongings and welcome home!
An international community
Since 2017, we have been welcoming colivers from all over the world. Spanishs, Americans, Italians, or Indians, more than 90 different nationalities have occupied our coliving flats throughout France. This is a great way to build strong bonds between housemates and to share countless moments. This is something that is essential to us at Colivys. That’s why we organize activities and after work parties to meet all our flatmates and create a Colivys community.

Colivers, we do not abandon you once you have made your bedroom reservation. In order to accompany you as you should, we have concocted 3 different reservation packages:
- Essential – this consists of the essentials for your arrival in a new place: information about the city of Toulouse, its activities, your neighbourhood life, a dedicated city manager, etc.
- Prestige – the enhanced version of the “Essential” package includes: bed linen delivery, flexible check-in and check-out times, a gourmet basket, etc.
- All Inclusive – this last package is based on the “Prestige” package but includes assistance with administrative procedures (CAF – personal housing aid, mobile operator, bank, etc.), pick-up from your arrival point to your new coliving flat, etc.
