It’s in this 8-story, fully glazed building where your future workspace might be located. These modern and bright thousands of square meters welcome you in a setting similar to that of large corporate offices, but with an additional design touch. Centered around flexibility, shared and private offices, meeting rooms of all sizes, and independent platforms are there to meet your needs as best as possible.

If you’re looking to work from the Startway space in Bagneux, several options are available to you. Focused on an economical vision, this coworking space offers remote working amenities from a shared office for €5 excluding VAT per hour. If you are a full-time remote employee, you can also make this your teleworking location. You can choose a 13 m² private office for €999 excluding VAT per month for one person. Note that offers are also available for companies. Independent platforms are available upon request.

A whole range of services, from concierge to fitness room, including the privatization of the terrace with a clear view of the city and access to the space’s RIE, are available. These are not included in your office package but are available for an extra charge.

Heading to Rueil-Malmaison, just a stone’s throw (yes, that’s how we talk at Colivys) from Paris. It’s in this small town, which has seen the greatest monarchs, that Work & Share, a coworking and events space, has set up.

This “entrepreneurs‘ guesthouse” offers more than 3,000 m² of comfortable, professional, and cozy spaces to its 200 members. You’ll find all the aesthetics of home combined with the equipment found only in a corporate office. During the sunny days, you can enjoy its large garden to work under the sun, lounge between two emails, or just relax and play a game of soccer with other residents. Nice, right?

Work & Share caters to your needs and offers 3 packages:

• NOMAD, for working from any shared desk, starting at €150 excl. VAT per month for part-time work, to €205 excl. VAT per month for unlimited access.
• DEDICATED, the package that allows you to have your own workstation in a shared office. A great way to interact with other coworkers while maintaining your privacy (and your spot).
• PRIVATE. This is more for teams that would like to work together from their office. Yes, it’s a private office from which you can interact without disturbing anyone, starting at €330 excl. VAT per month per workstation.

Of course, choosing one of these packages gives you access to a host of services to work effectively: fiber connection, printing (on credit), access to one of the 10 meeting rooms (on credit), mail reception and sending, kitchen, etc.

We’re staying with Work & Share but moving to the other side of Paris, to Saint-Denis. This superb coworking space is located in the heart of one of the largest cities in the department.

A spacious, open, modern, and welcoming space located at the heart of the Pleyel business center. Here, everything is set up to make conviviality the central element of this place. You’ll find events organized each month to interact with other residents, in unmatched comfort.

The rates are the same as those applied in Rueil-Malmaison:

• The NOMAD package (non-private workstation in an open space) ranging from €150 excl. VAT per month for part-time to €205 excl. VAT per month for unlimited access.
• The DEDICATED package (named workstation in a shared office) for €315 excl. VAT per month.
• The PRIVATE package (private office) starting at €330 excl. VAT per month per workstation. 32 offices for 2 to 10 workstations are available.

By setting up at Work & Share in Saint-Denis, you’ll not only have access to the space‘s services (fitted kitchen, fully equipped office, cleaning, fiber internet, meeting rooms, etc.) but also to the services of Carré Pleyel. Here, you can work from an open space or a private office ranging from 10 to 200 m², equipped with the most professional equipment possible. Call boxes and dedicated rooms are also at your disposal for your private meetings.

Showers, lockers, high-speed wifi, a fully equipped kitchen, professional furniture: no matter your status, freelancer, business owner, or remote employee, La Maison du Coworking has everything you need to work on your projects in the best way possible. If you wish to make this coworking space your office, it will cost you €340 excl. VAT per month for the rental of a fixed position in a shared office, with no commitment.
