Alors quel espace de coworking précédemment cité vas-tu choisir ?

Our tips to choose its coworking space in Marseille

Working in a coworking space in Marseille is a great option. Whether you’re an entrepreneur, freelancer or self-employed, working from home, you may want to find a professional and collaborative environment. However, with so many options available, you may find it difficult to choose the best coworking space in Marseille that will meet your professional needs. Here are our best tips for choosing the right coworking space in Marseille that will meet all your expectations:

  • The location: the most important criterion

The first criterion to take into account is the location of the coworking space. It is important to choose a convenient location, whether it is near your home, your customers or your suppliers. Marseille is a large city, so it’s best to choose a space near a metro station, a train station or a bus stop. This will make it easier for you to get around and reduce your travel time and costs, so that you can take advantage of the dynamics of certain neighborhoods.

  • The price: define a budget

The second criterion to take into account is the price. Coworking spaces vary in price depending on the location, services offered, level of comfort and facilities available. Before choosing a coworking space, it is important to define a budget according to your financial means and what you are willing to pay. Some coworking spaces offer monthly rates, others by the day, and some are even more flexible. It is therefore important to check the conditions before committing yourself (and to pay attention to the hidden fees, and to the prices before or after tax).

  • The services offered: the quality of the equipment

The third criterion to take into account is the quality of the equipment and services offered. It is important to choose a coworking space that offers services adapted to your professional needs, such as meeting rooms, printers, a high speed internet connection, business domiciliation services, etc. It is also important to check the quality of the available equipment, such as ergonomic chairs, height adjustable desks, relaxation areas, etc. If you appreciate additional services, make sure that the workspace you choose organizes conferences, afterwork sessions, or includes restaurants.

  • The atmosphere: the human factor

The fourth criterion to take into account is the atmosphere of the coworking space. It is important to choose one that will fit your way of working. Some coworking spaces have a relaxed atmosphere, sometimes noisy, while others have a more professional and calm atmosphere. Some offer bubbles to isolate themselves, others have multiple places to work, or green spaces. It is therefore important to visit (physically or virtually) coworking spaces before making your choice, to find the one that best suits your personality and work style.

  • Flexibility: the right workspace

The last criterion to consider is the flexibility of the coworking space. It’s important to choose a place that offers flexibility in terms of opening hours, meeting room booking arrangements, and rental duration. If you usually start your day at 7am or work on Sundays, it would be great to find a coworking space that is open 24/7.

Discover coliving, digital nomads’ first choice

Nomadic work has become an increasingly popular trend in recent years. It allows independent workers to work from anywhere in the world.

The concept of digital nomad has recently emerged and has quickly been adopted by people who like to work while exploring new countries, new cities. However, finding temporary accommodation can sometimes be difficult, especially when you have to change location every month. This is where the concept of coliving comes in.

Coliving is a lifestyle that allows people to live and work together in a shared community. The concept is simple: share a home with other people, resulting in reduced costs and improved quality of life. For digital nomads, this means having access to temporary housing that is already furnished, equipped (and decorated) with everything they need to work effectively, without having to worry about finding housing.

The other main advantage of coliving is its great flexibility. Digital nomads can choose where they want to live and work, depending on their job or personal plans. They can opt for a paradisiacal place, but they very often prefer city housing, more practical.

Coliving allows people to meet other like-minded people and lifestyles. This can lead to collaborations or simply to a rewarding friendship. By choosing coliving, digital nomads save money because this solution includes water, electricity, gas, internet and home insurance for the apartment.

You will have understood, coliving is an ideal solution for digital nomads who are looking to work freely, while enjoying a pleasant and practical living environment. This solution offers them unparalleled flexibility, socializing, and most importantly, affordable housing that is anchored in their lifestyle.

Coliving spaces are growing rapidly around the world, offering more and more choices for independent workers.
