This way of life, which has been all the rage in the United States for a few years, allows you to share a single furnished apartment in Paris with different colivers from around the world. Unlike a room in a host’s home or a shared apartment, coliving allows you to maintain your privacy and independence thanks to your private space. You still share common areas, such as the kitchen and bathroom, with the other colivers in your accommodation. The advantage of coliving is that we provide you with additional concierge services, such as linen delivery or transport from the airport to your future home. Of course, these services come at an extra cost.
Coliving also offers financial flexibility. We do not impose a lease term to best adapt your coliving stay to your needs. You are not financially responsible for your colivers. If one of them leaves the coliving, you and the other colivers will not have to pay the remaining portion of the rent.
