How can I do that?

As a tenant:

  1. Go to the SmartGarant website and click on the “Submit my application” button at the top right of the homepage.

  3. If you’re eligible, create your personal space, where you’ll upload your supporting documents and download your eligibility certificate. This final step allows you to complete your guarantee request and have a solid application to present to your future landlord!
  4. Once you’ve found the housing (if you haven’t already) and obtained the guarantor through SmartGarant, all you have to do is move in!

En tant que propriétaire : 

  1. Choose the desired tenant profile to take possession of the property. Their application and rental information/room for rent are verified by SmartGarant’s team.
  2. The tenant’s payment is activated.
  3. A contract between SmartGarant and the landlord is signed, activating the guarantee in case of unpaid rent by the tenant.
