In five years, rents have increased by nearly 7.5% on average, combining studio apartments (T1), one-bedroom (T2), and two-bedroom (T3) apartments, these sizes being the most in demand. As an indicator, studio apartments have increased by more than 9%. The smaller the size, the more expensive it is.
