Can I change rooms or apartments?
Of course, if a room is released in your apartment or another one, and you want to move in, you will have the opportunity to do so by paying the rent difference.

How to contact Tenant Customer Service?
When you register, a non-premium number will be given to contact customer service.

What if I lose my apartment or room key ?
Key service is available 24/7, at an additional cost.

Under what conditions could my deposit not be returned?
In case of degradation of the room, the apartment or in case of late payments, My Red Blanket may keep all or part of your deposit.

Is the deposit automatically cashed?
Yes. It will be returned to you, if no damage is found, within two months after your departure from the apartment.

Is the price agreed at departure likely to change during my stay?
No, your rate is blocked regardless of the length of your stay.

Can I pay in the currency of my choice?
Yes, we accept all currencies.

When am I charged for my rent?
The rent payments are made between the 1st and 5th of each month.

What are the payment methods for rent?
You can pay by bank transfer, check, credit card or PayPal.

Do I have to pay the entire rental at once?
No, you pay your rent every month, as in a conventional rental.

Am I obliged to commit to a specific term?
There is no obligation of commitment on the duration subject to a notice of one month before your departure.

How to book a shared apartment with My Red Blanket?
It’s very simple: choose your apartment on the website, fill out your dates and confirm your reservation with your the payment method of your choice.

Your will then receive an email asking you to fill out the form and upload the supporting documents. Your reservation will be confirmed upon receipt of payment and you will be able to move in.

Are animals welcome in housing?
Animals, although they are our friends, are not accepted in My Red Blanket apartments.

Can I enjoy a visit to the city or neighborhood?
Are you new to town and want to know all the good places and the best plans? No worries,My Red Blanket offers tours of the city by a guide whose narrative talent matches only his knowledge of the city!

Can I choose my roommates?
When choosing your apartment, you will be able to see the name, age and occupation of the people who already occupy it. If a room is released in your apartment once you live there, you will have the opportunity to propose the file of an acquaintance, which will be studied first by our teams. We will accept it if it meets the selection criteria.

Can I be in a 100% female or male roommate?
At the moment, My Red Blanket does not have a shared room but we will do our best to propose it soon.

What are the cancellation conditions?
The contract may be canceled free of charge in excess of 45 days before the scheduled start of the contract. A cancellation fee will apply for any cancellation within less than 45 days:

  • 150 euros for any cancellation within 30 to 45 days before the scheduled start of the contract,
  • 250 euros for any cancellation done within 15 to 30 days before the scheduled start of the contract
  • One month’s rent for any cancellation made within a period of 15 days before the scheduled start of the contract.

The leave must be served on the other party by registered letter with acknowledgment of receipt.

Can we settle in two in the same room?
Some rooms can accommodate up to 2 occupants. The second person will have to pay a complementary fee of 90 € / month.
