October is synonymous of autumn, falling leaves and beautiful orange colors in the trees. It is also that time of the year when temperatures start to drop and that going out in the woods becomes very pleasant. If you have just arrived in the capital or if you just want to find ideas of things to do in Paris, discover all our good plans just below!

☕ Warm yourself up in one of the many cafés of Paris

Didn’t you know that Paris has almost as many cafés as inhabitants? We are joking, but typical cafés and brasseries are an integral part of Parisian life. With the weather getting colder, there is nothing better than sipping a nice hot drink. We recommend you Café Verlet, a small place frozen in time that offers hot chocolates, coffees, teas and exquisite sweets. If you enjoyed your experience there, you can buy tea or coffee, because yes, the café also hides a coffee / tea store. Wonderful, isn’t it ? We also recommend you to try Shakespeare & Company, an original café-library not without reminding the Anglo-Saxon atmosphere. A guaranteed change of scene in the middle of Paris.

📽️ Rendez-vous at the Journées Particulières LVMH

The LVMH group opens the doors of its 25 emblematic places in Ile-de-France. These visits are free of charge, do not hesitate and so register now!

🍇 Come celebrate parisian harvests

And yes, as incredible as it can seem, there are vineyards in Paris! If you didn’t know it, go up on the hill of Montmartre from October 5th to 9th. For this 89th edition of the Paris Grape Harvest Festival, you can discover the pure essence of Paris by visiting one of the most unusual places: the vineyards. It will also be an opportunity to celebrate French gastronomy and terroir, to attend balls, exhibitions, etc.
