About Colivys

Colivys was founded to address the challenges of finding housing for students and young professionals away from home.

Located in the largest cities in France, our co-living apartments are designed to meet the highest expectations of people on the move. Colivys is a no-brainer by essence. Future residents can book the room of their choice online, and voilà ! No need to open contracts for utilities such as gas or electricity, it is already included in the price. Unlimited WiFi and home insurance as well ! All of our rooms are furnished with a double bed, closet, desk, chairs and sometimes a small lounge to relax when the room is spacious enough.

On top of that, each apartment is fully equipped with kitchen appliances such as microwave, dishwasher or oven; as well as washing machine and home accessories. Our mission is clear. We want to facilitate mid to long term stays for students and young professionals.
